The route will have clockwise and anti-clockwise versions.
For clockwise, take the route as North being 12 o'clock, East 3 o'clock, South 6 o'clock, and East 9 o'clock.
The routes below all have North uppermost.
Chatterley Whitfield
Approx 6.5miles
From the Leisure Centre, head out of the car park onto Moorland Road, towards Congleton Road. Take Cross Street onto Meadows Way, the bypass, past Sainsburys and on to Wharf Road. The rest of the run is an 'out & back' run along Biddulph Valley Way.
Muster points at Wharf Road where it meets Biddulph Valley Way, then the next stop is on the bridge over Biddulph Road.
On the way back, Muster on BVW where it meets Brown Lees Road (Nelson Pub), and then carry on back.

Knype Pool via the lines
Approx 5.5 miles
From the leisure centre, head out of the drive onto Thames Drive before cutting onto the path through the park.
This cuts across the brook and and cuts through some woods heading for Coppice Wood which follows a road and then footpaths towards Park Lane.
The clockwise route then heads up Park Lane and turns onto Lodge Barn Road before descending through the woods towards Knypersley Reservoir. Keep to water on your left and follow the path taking a path on your right before a path crosses the reservoir. You will come to an information board and a stile. Go over the stile , up through a short steep section of path and over a stile into a field. Cross the fields heading for Mill Hayes Road and once your reach the top, descend back down towards the Coppice Wood footpath.
Muster points are usually on Park Lane, at the end of Lodge Barn Road, on the bridge on the reservoir, the information board / stile and then back on Park Lne.
